Cargoos Logistics is a Chicago freight broker, arranging loads across the 48 contiguous states and Canada since 2013. We handle full truckload, partial, LTL, specialized and expedited freight on Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck and Box Truck.

Carriers vetted before dispatch, not after.

Operating authority, safety rating and insurance are verified against FMCSA records before a truck is assigned to your freight — and re-verified, not checked once at onboarding.

Your freight is covered.

$1,000,000 commercial general liability, $100,000 contingent cargo coverage, and a $75,000 BMC-84 broker surety bond. Certificates on request.

One person owns your load.

You get the direct number of the person handling your shipment, not a ticket queue.

Status before you have to ask.

We track the load and tell you when something changes — a delay, a reroute, a detention risk — while there is still time to do something about it.

Appointments and receiver communication handled.

We book the pickup and delivery windows and keep your customer informed, so the person waiting on the freight hears from somebody.

Office hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, Central. Loads in transit are monitored around the clock.
